BMX BICYCLE
RACING Training with Vanessa Wick has enabled
me to resume my BMX career after an 18 year absence. Within the first year of training with her, I lost ten pounds. I also
improved my stamina, flexibility, and pedaling power, which dramatically increased my speed and ability to win. In my first season back I took second
in OH, fourth in the midwest region, and am currently ranked third in the nation. My biggest success since my return to BMX
was winning the 2008 NBL Presidents Cup, and this would not have been possible without Vanessa's help and coaching. BMX is a physically demanding sport, and Vanessa's

5K RUN - HINCKLEY OH, APRIL 25th, 2009 TIME - 28 MINUTES AND CHANGE, TAKING SECOND IN AGE DIVISION This was my first 5k run
EVER. Participating in Vanessa's boot camps prepared me with stamina and flexibility. In
my training with Vanessa, my running ability and stamina have greatly increased. We do hill repeats, stair climbs, and, we
work on overall core training and flexibility. TRAIN WITH VANESSA - GO FAST - WIN MEDALS!

routine, but with Vanessa’s expertise, dedication and encouragement, it has been easy to make a lifestyle change.
Since I started training with Vanessa, I have lost over a total
17 inches (the most being 6 inches from my hips; 4.5 inches from my waist) and 23 pounds resulting in improved muscle tone
and strength. My confidence, stamina, moods and energy have increased tremendously.
Having met my original weight loss goals, I have progressed to running 5K & 10K races, competing
